A 25-year-old Davenport, Iowa, man arrested in February 2026 on 15 counts related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was arrested again on June 9, 2026, after police said he contacted undercover online accounts posing as 14- and 15-year-olds about sex acts while out on bond. According to the criminal complaint filed in Scott County Court, defendant Devin Shelsky used the internet to seduce both undercover accounts by discussing various sexual acts he wanted to perform with them, made several references to wanting to impregnate the believed 14- and 15-year-olds, and requested one undercover account send him a video of themselves performing a sex act. Shelsky has been charged with two counts of felony grooming and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, is being held in the Scott County Jail on no bond, and is awaiting his next court appearance.
