The teenager faces eleven charges including seven counts of compelled self-sexual assault, sexual exploitation of children, distribution and possession of child pornography, animal cruelty and threats of violence; devices seized during the raid contained explicit child abuse and animal torture imagery. The operation was coordinated by SAPS Serial and Electronic Crime Investigations in partnership with the FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, the US Embassy and the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children, and follows earlier arrests in April 2025 of alleged 764 leaders in Greece and North Carolina.
