Sextortion suspect forced teen girl to carve his Roblox username into her body

Dutch prosecutors charged a 20-year-old man from Purmerend with extortion and assault for manipulating a 16-year-old Rotterdam girl he met on Roblox into self-harm and producing sexually abusive content between April and July.
