A two-month coordinated law enforcement operation across Texas resulted in 276 arrests and the rescue of 89 children from online exploitation during March and April 2026. The operation involved 91 law enforcement agencies and 197 personnel targeting offenders engaged in possession, distribution, and production of child sexual abuse material, online solicitation, trafficking, and sexual assault.
